Susan was absolutely wonderful. She helped us find the most beautiful home on the water in Cape Coral. The home had everything and was under our budget. The exceptional service did not stop there. We are from Michigan, and she assisted with several other items after the sale as well. She made sure the place was ready for us when we came down. Two weeks after the sale I needed a picture of the dryer hook up and she was at the house on a Sunday taking photos for me. We ended up having a few issues when we arrived due to the seller. She addressed them in a timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We have had a terrific experience with Loretta and Brayden. We closed on our vacation home last week and they have been there the whole time for us.
